Friday, July 22. 2005Unlisted Qualities
After a mini-party in Qufim Island with Sparkkplug and Babygirllil, I returned to Jueno with the intent of speaking to the San d'Oria consulate.
I happened to speak with Luto Mewrilah in Upper Jeuno (G-8 on the map) before making it to Ru'lude Gardens however. She asked me if I could help her find someone with a certain mirror. Of course I can't turn down someone in need (especially a Mithra  ) so I said I'd help. She had this list of people of all races and sexes and asked me to pick a race. I chose Mithra.Luto then showed me a list of names and I chose the one at the bottom: Tsuim Nhomango. She asked me if I could look for this person and admonished me to to "go while the trail was still hot!" So I started to scour Jeuno for this Tsuim. "What I daunting task" I thought, "so many people in Jeuno." Then it dawned on me - I am a Beastmaster, and as a Beastmaster I have the ability of Wide Scan. I opened my map and searched the area for Tsuim. I then tried Lower Jeuno and finally Port Jeuno. No luck in finding a person by that name in any of the areas. I did however, find a Galka by the name of Red Ghost (which seemed odd to me) in Port Jeuno (G-8 on the map) so I went and talked to him. He thought he might have seen Tsuim earlier and inquired whether or not her hair was tied back. I'd never seen her so I didn't know how to answer this. I figured "what the hell" and told him that indeed it was tied back. He said he thought he saw her heading toward Batallia Downs.
I quickly ran to Upper Jeuno and straight to the gate to Batallia Downs. I talked to everyone I saw there and finally, a Hume named Bheem (F-5 on the map) asked me if her hair was his favorite color. Again, I didn't know how to answer this, so I replied that it was. Bheem told me what he knew and finally said I should just stick around because everyone ends up coming back to Jeuno. I returned to Luto and gave her the information I had collected. She was grateful for my hard work and gave me a silver ingot. She told me to come back later as she might have some more work for me.
