Night Sky Navigator

I went up to the roof of the Opistery in WIndurst Waters to look out on Windurst and enjoy the view. While I was there, a little Tarutaru by the name of Ropunono asked me if I could help him out. Of course I said I could.


He told me his telescope had an old and worn lens and he needed some things to refurbish it. One item he needed was an Ahriman lens and the other was a shelling piece which he'd use to inscribe the constellations on the lens.

While I was at Beaucedine Glacier, I happened to fight an Ahriman and got its lens after the fight was over. When I returned the lens to Ropunono he asked for the shelling piece.

I found that piece in the Maze of Shakhrami. It was in a chest in a back room behind a rusty door. There were a few different pieces there but some of them were fakes and it was quite easy to see that since they had the constellations facing the wrong directions. In short order, I found the right one and returned it Ropunono.

He was very grateful for my help and in reward he paid me 4800 gil. I can never turn down some gil form a grateful soul.
